In 1990, John and
Ann Beutler
opened an independent real estate brokerage in
Coeur d’Alene, ID
– John Beutler & Associates – with only a handful of real estate agents. The company
acquired the CENTURY 21 franchise in 1997 and has grown into one of the most successful
CENTURY 21 offices worldwide.
